Job Title: Personal Lines Account Manager Location: Minnesota (Hybrid/Remote options may be available)
About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll build and maintain strong relationships with clients while managing their personal insurance needs. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for policy servicing, renewals, and coverage questions, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a book of personal lines accounts, including auto, home, renters, umbrella, and other property & casualty coverages.
Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries, processing policy changes, and resolving issues.
Assist clients with renewals, endorsements, billing, and claims support.
Review policies for accuracy, coverage adequacy, and compliance with company standards.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional insurance products to meet client needs.
Collaborate with producers, underwriters, and carriers to ensure smooth policy placement and servicing.
Maintain accurate records in the agency management system.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance account management.
Active Minnesota Property & Casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain).
Strong knowledge of personal lines coverages, underwriting, and carrier guidelines.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Customer-focused with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
