Corporate Associate Attorney3–5 Years of M&A Experience | Greater Seattle Area

A growing transactional practice is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of experience to join its team in the Greater Seattle area. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys looking to continue building sophisticated transactional experience in a collaborative environment with strong deal flow and direct client exposure.The practice handles a broad range of corporate matters for established companies, emerging businesses, and private clients across multiple industries. Associates are given meaningful responsibility and the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys on complex transactions from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Support mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic business transactions
  • Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, operating agreements, and commercial contracts
  • Conduct due diligence and assist with transaction management and closings
  • Advise clients on corporate governance and general business matters
  • Work directly with clients and contribute to ongoing business relationships

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of corporate transactional experience at a law firm
  • Experience with M&A transactions and general corporate work
  • Strong drafting, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced practice
  • Washington bar admission or ability to obtain admission
