Associate Attorney (0–5+ Years) ***California residents only

Location: Fully Remote

A growing law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join its team, with a focus on civil litigation defense, insurance defense, and personal injury defense. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior attorney to gain hands-on litigation experience and work closely with experienced attorneys on a diverse caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
• Conduct depositions, attend court hearings, and participate in mediations
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel
• Assist with trial strategy and case management

Qualifications:

• 0–5+ years of litigation experience (defense experience preferred, but not required)
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• California Bar admission required (or pending for recent graduates)

Compensation:

• Salary range: $100,000 – $175,000 (depending on experience)
