Job Title: Senior Commercial Credit Analyst Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite) Compensation: Up to $200,000 (Depending on Experience) Employment Type: Full-Time

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly experienced Senior Commercial Credit Analyst to play a key role in supporting our commercial lending strategy.

Position Summary: The Senior Commercial Credit Analyst will be responsible for evaluating complex commercial credit requests, conducting in-depth financial analysis, and delivering high-quality credit recommendations. This is a critical role in our credit risk team, offering significant visibility and collaboration with senior leadership and lending officers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and underwrite complex commercial credit requests, including C&I, CRE, and SBA loans.
• Prepare comprehensive credit memos that include risk assessment, financial analysis, industry trends, and loan structuring recommendations.
• Conduct financial statement and cash flow analysis for middle-market and large commercial borrowers.
• Partner closely with commercial lenders, relationship managers, and senior management.
• Assist in portfolio monitoring, covenant tracking, and risk rating reviews.
• Support regulatory and internal audit reviews with accurate documentation and rationale.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the continuous improvement of credit policy and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8-10 years of commercial credit analysis experience, preferably within a community or regional bank setting. Must have most of your experience  with Banks less than $25Billion in Assets.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lending products, loan structuring, and regulatory guidelines.
• Expertise in financial modeling, credit underwriting, and risk assessment.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CFA a plus).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong business acumen.
