A respected, full-service law firm in Pittsburgh is seeking a Transactional Business & Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated associate to gain hands-on experience working on a broad range of sophisticated business and real estate transactions in a collaborative, in-office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review a wide range of business and real estate contracts, ensuring clarity, enforceability, and risk mitigation
  • Negotiate sales and purchase agreements for both routine and complex transactions
  • Assist with investment and financing matters, including structuring deals and supporting capital-raising activities
  • Work closely with senior attorneys and clients on transactional strategy and execution

Qualifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania
  • 2–4 years of experience in transactional business law and/or commercial real estate
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple matters and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Eagerness to grow within a collaborative legal team
