An established agribusiness is seeking an Ag Location Manager to oversee daily operations, employees, customer service, sales support, safety, and overall performance of a local facility.

Location: Mid-Atlantic Region

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day location operations
• Lead employees across operations, sales support, and customer service
• Oversee inventory, equipment, logistics, and facility performance
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance
• Support customer relationships and local business growth
• Manage budgets, expenses, and operational goals
• Work closely with leadership on staffing and business planning

Qualifications

• Experience in ag retail, fertilizer, seed, or related industry
• Leadership or management experience required
• Strong understanding of agricultural operations
• Ability to manage people, priorities, and customer needs
• Financial or P&L experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
