Job Description

We are partnered with an industry leading fire protection and life safety system company who is actively looking to add an experienced Senior Sprinkler Designer to their growing team!  They have a great reputation and believe strongly in supporting the growth of their employees and are dedicated to maintaining an outstanding work culture.

Qualifications:

• 3 years experience required, 5+ years experience preferred
• NICET Level II or higher in Water-Based Systems
• Demonstrated ability with AutoCAD, HydraCAD or AutoSPRINK
• Must know NFPA codes
• Must be self-motivated and work well with others
• Detail oriented and organized with great communication skills
• Ability to travel to job sites and attend meetings when necessary

Responsibilities: 

• Design fire protection systems for commercial and residential buildings
• Produce detailed drawings and hydraulic calculations for fire sprinkler and fire pump systems
• Perform field surveys
• Communicate with contractors and subcontractors to gather documentation
