Job Description

Our client, a well-established, multi-office civil engineering and surveying consulting firm serving communities across Michigan, is seeking a Bridge Project Manager to lead bridge design and rehabilitation projects for state and local agency clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage bridge design, rehabilitation, replacement, and inspection projects
• Lead structural design, load rating, and plan development
• Oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, and quality
• Serve as primary contact for MDOT, county road agencies, and municipalities
• Mentor engineers and support proposals and business development

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Michigan
• 10+ years of bridge design experience
• Experience with MDOT bridge standards and local agency projects
• Strong project management and client-relationship skills
