Job Description

Our client, a growing, multi-discipline engineering and surveying firm, is seeking a Survey Project Manager to lead energy-sector survey work in the Fort Wayne area, with the opportunity to lead a department.

Responsibilities:

• Manage survey projects for energy, utility, and pipeline clients
• Lead field crews and office staff; schedule resources
• Review and certify survey deliverables
• Manage budgets, schedules, and client meetings
• Grow the local survey team and client base

Requirements:

• Licensed Professional Surveyor in Indiana (or ability to obtain quickly)
• 5+ years of surveying experience; energy or utility work preferred
• Project management and staff leadership experience
• Proficiency with survey and CAD software
• In-office role with limited (about 10-15%) travel for client meetings and other offices
