Job Description

A reputable Ag Retailer is seeking a Custom Applicator to support crop input application services for growers in the area. This position will operate application equipment, assist with agronomy operations, and help ensure safe, accurate, and timely service.

Location: Mid-Atlantic States

Responsibilities

• Operate sprayers, spreaders, and related application equipment
• Apply fertilizer, crop protection products, and other inputs
• Maintain accurate application records
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and inspections
• Assist with loading, unloading, and seasonal operations
• Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines
• Provide professional service to grower customers

Qualifications

• Previous application or ag equipment experience preferred
• CDL preferred or willingness to obtain
• Applicator license
• Mechanical ability and attention to detail
• Ability to work extended hours during busy seasons
• Valid driver’s license required
