Job Description

A solid general contractor is ready to hire a Project Manager to run commercial projects in the Southern Dallas area. This is a hands-on role where you will be onsite during builds and fully involved in keeping projects moving forward.

This is a great fit for someone who takes ownership, stays organized, and knows how to keep both the schedule and the financials on track.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Be onsite regularly to oversee progress and keep things running smoothly
• Handle scheduling and make sure timelines are being met
• Manage project financials, budgets, and cost tracking
• Work directly with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams
• Review plans and specs and help solve issues as they come up
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Build strong relationships with clients and partners

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
• Strong scheduling and financial management skills
• Someone who is organized, proactive, and accountable
• Comfortable being onsite and leading from the front
• Ability to run projects independently
