We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team and provide quality support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a community-based setting.
This part-time opportunity offers flexible scheduling and the chance to build meaningful relationships while making a positive impact in the lives of others.
Compensation
- Weekday Pay: $18.20 per hour
- Weekend Pay: $19.20 per hour
Schedule
- Part-time and substitute opportunities available
- Flexible scheduling
- Available shifts:
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate support with daily living activities, including personal care, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
- Assist individuals with meal planning, meal preparation, and daily household routines.
- Administer medications and monitor health needs as directed.
- Provide transportation to medical appointments, community outings, and other activities.
- Encourage independence while promoting dignity, safety, and personal choice.
- Maintain accurate documentation and complete required records in a timely manner.
- Follow individualized support plans while working collaboratively with the care team.
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a criminal check, physical examination, and tuberculosis (TB) test.
- Ability to read and understand written instructions, policies, medication directions, and documentation.
Preferred
- Experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities or other human service populations.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Experience with behavior support strategies.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
