Plaintiff Personal Injury Associate Attorney (2–3 Years)

This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney with 2–3 years of personal injury litigation experience who wants to take ownership of cases while continuing to develop under experienced trial attorneys.
Responsibilities
- Manage a personal injury caseload from intake through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal memoranda.
- Conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
- Attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences.
- Prepare cases for trial and assist with jury trials.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the litigation process.
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategy.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active license and good standing with the applicable state bar.
- 2–3 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience.
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Deposition and courtroom experience preferred.
- Excellent client communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to independently manage deadlines and multiple active matters.
