Job Description

A community bank in Kemmerer is confidentially seeking a Commercial Lender to build business relationships across Lincoln County and southwest Wyoming. You'll win new clients, underwrite and structure credit, close loans, and manage a commercial portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new commercial clients through calling and local networking
• Understand owner needs and match them with credit and deposit products
• Analyze business financials to judge creditworthiness
• Write credit memos and coordinate loan closings
• Open business accounts and cross-sell treasury tools
• Meet growth goals while protecting portfolio quality

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Business, Finance, or Accounting is preferred
• Several years in commercial lending or business banking
• Comfortable presenting to business owners and boards
• Experience building loan proposals and underwriting loans
• Organized and able to manage several deals at a time
