Business Development Manager

Candidate Profile
- Previous business development, sales, or account management experience in restoration, construction, facilities services, property management, or a related industry preferred
- Proven ability to generate new business through networking, prospecting, and relationship building
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience developing and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory
- Professional presence with a customer-first mindset
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
Job Overview
- Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and strategic prospecting
- Build and maintain relationships with commercial clients, insurance professionals, property managers, facility managers, and other referral partners
- Identify customer needs and present service solutions that create long-term partnerships
- Coordinate with operations to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project execution
- Represent the company at networking events, industry associations, and community functions
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities within the CRM
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals while contributing to overall company growth
