CNC Machinist Operator – 1st & 2nd Shift

We are currently hiring multiple CNC Machinist Operators to join our growing team. If you are dependable, enthusiastic, and skilled in precision machining, this is a great opportunity to advance your career.

Position Overview:

As a CNC Machinist Operator, you will be responsible for operating CNC machines (primarily Haas, Hurco, and Okuma) to produce high-quality, cost-effective machined parts. This role requires minimal supervision and a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC machines as a CNC Machinist Operator.
  • Use probing tools and perform machine setups.
  • Manufacture parts to meet customer specifications.
  • Conduct first-part and in-process quality checks, including deburring.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist Operator preferred, but candidates with less experience and a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T.
  • Familiarity with quality systems and measurement equipment.
  • Strong computer and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with problem-solving abilities.
  • Capable of lifting up to 70 pounds.
