Job Description

A Ventuta County, California based Agricultural Company that provides reliable and cost-effective frost protection for growers and farmers in the region is looking to add a Parts and Service Location Manager to their team. This family-owned company offers health insurance, a company vehicle, PTO and more. If you are customer service oriented, and have mechanical skills and knowledge of diesel, propane, and industrial engines, and looking for a long-term position, then this could be an ideal fit.

      Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the parts and service department
• Call existing customers to sell and schedule annual maintenance and check-up services
• Communicate effectively and directly with the owner on any issues that may arise
• Visiting growers and maintaining professional relationships
• Willing to be hands-on and able to make service calls as needed

   

  Key Qualifications

• Proven work history in a like or similar field
• Ability to understand and make computer diagnostics on multiple engine types
• Able to travel to surrounding counties if needed
• Must be customer service oriented and willing to always maintain the company’s high level of professionalism
• Bilingual English/Spanish is not required but is preferred
• Must currently reside in the region and have valid U.S. driver’s license
