A well-established agricultural company is seeking an experienced Agronomy Sales Representative to work directly with growers across an assigned territory. This role is focused on building strong customer relationships, providing agronomic recommendations, and supporting sales of crop inputs, seed, fertilizer, and related services.
Territory: Delmarva
• Build and maintain relationships with growers
• Sell seed, fertilizer, chemical, and crop input programs
• Provide agronomic recommendations based on customer needs
• Scout fields and assist with crop planning
• Develop new business within the assigned territory
• Work with operations teams to ensure customer needs are met
• Maintain accurate sales activity and customer records
• 3+ years of experience in agronomy sales, crop consulting, ag retail, or related field
• Strong knowledge of crop inputs, fertility, seed, and local cropping systems
• Ability to build trusted grower relationships
• Self-motivated and comfortable managing a territory
• CCA preferred but not required
• Book of business preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Competitive base salary
