Position Overview

The firm seeks a mid-level associate (3–7 years) experienced in business and commercial litigation. This position offers the ability to manage your own caseload, handle complex matters, and collaborate closely with seasoned litigators in a supportive, results-driven culture.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage business litigation matters from pre-suit to resolution
  • Draft and argue motions, briefs, discovery responses, and legal memoranda
  • Conduct client consultations, witness interviews, and case evaluations
  • Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
  • Handle a wide array of disputes including contract, shareholder, partnership, and commercial tort claims
  • Support business development through firm-sponsored initiatives

What You’ll Need

  • 3–7 years of civil litigation experience, with a strong preference for commercial or business disputes
  • Active and in good standing with the Arizona Bar
  • Strong legal writing, research, and courtroom skills
  • Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple deadlines
  • Interest in growing your practice and mentoring younger attorneys
