gpac is partnering with a growing food manufacturing company in western Ohio that is looking to add a 1st Shift Maintenance Technician to their team!

This company has been in business for nearly 75 years and continues to grow steadily year after year. They operate a stable meat processing facility with just under 250 employees, low turnover, and a strong reputation for taking care of their people. The plant runs 2 production shifts with sanitation on 3rd shift, and they’ve continued investing in both their equipment and facility growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for long-term career growth, with advancement potential into roles like Maintenance Lead/Supervisor.

🔧 What They’re Looking For:

• 2–3+ years of industrial maintenance experience

• Food manufacturing experience preferred, but open to other manufacturing backgrounds

• Experience with conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, boilers, ovens, ammonia refrigeration, and PLCs is a plus

• Someone who can think quickly, troubleshoot efficiently, and thrive in a fast-paced production environment
