Healthcare Construction Superintendent (HCAI/OSHPD)

Location: SoCal Territory (Inland Empire, Victorville, Redlands, Irvine)

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Healthcare Construction Superintendent with 3–4 years of experience to manage medical facility renovations, lab build-outs, and equipment installations across our Southern California territory. This role focuses heavily on HCAI (OSHPD 3) compliance and subcontractor management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Leadership: Direct day-to-day field operations, trade subcontractors, and project schedules.
• Compliance: Enforce California HCAI/OSHPD building codes and coordinate field inspections with the Inspector of Record (IOR).
• Safety & ICRA: Implement strict Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) protocols, containment barriers, and safety rules.
• Logistics: Coordinate delivery, staging, and structural anchoring of clinical medical equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3–4 years in commercial or healthcare construction supervision.
• Knowledge: Working familiarity with HCAI / OSHPD 3 regulations and blueprints.
• Travel: Valid driver's license; daily travel to sites in Irvine, Redlands, Victorville, and the Inland Empire.
• Certifications: OSHA 30 required; ICRA training preferred.
