SCADA Field Service Engineer – Water/Wastewater Systems
Rapidly expanding company is hiring a SCADA Field Service Engineer with deep hands-on experience to support and optimize control systems at municipal and industrial water and wastewater facilities.
Responsibilities:
Provide on-site SCADA support, maintenance, and upgrades
Configure and deploy HMI/SCADA systems using Wonderware, AVEVA, or VTScada
Diagnose and resolve communication issues between field devices, PLCs, and SCADA systems
Collaborate with engineering teams to test, commission, and fine-tune new system installations
Provide client support and system training during and after project delivery
Ensure system integrity through regular backups, updates, and documentation
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of field service or SCADA systems integration experience
Proficiency with at least one: Wonderware, AVEVA, or VTScada
Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting or basic programming (Allen-Bradley, Modicon, Siemens, etc.)
Working knowledge of instrumentation, controls, and telemetry in treatment plant environments
Strong preference for prior work in water/wastewater system applications
Willingness to travel for site support and commissioning tasks
