Personal Injury Attorney Opportunity in Fort Lauderdale: Plaintiff Personal Injury Advocacy

Our client, a respected South Florida plaintiff personal injury firm, is looking for a Personal Injury Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its team in Fort Lauderdale. The firm represents injured clients in auto, premises liability, and wrongful death matters, from intake through verdict.

This is an in-office role based in Fort Lauderdale, so you will collaborate in person every day with a supportive, experienced team.

What You'll Do

• Manage a plaintiff personal injury caseload from presuit through trial
• Draft complaints, motions, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers
• Represent clients at mediations, hearings, and trials

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury or civil litigation experience
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and client service skills
• Ability to work on site in Fort Lauderdale
