Insurance Defense Attorney Opportunity in Hollywood: Defense Litigation for Insurers and Insureds

Our client, a well-established South Florida insurance defense firm, is looking for an Insurance Defense Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its team in Hollywood. The firm defends carriers, businesses, and individuals in auto, premises liability, and general liability matters in state and federal courts.

This is an in-office role based in Hollywood, so you will collaborate in person every day with a supportive, experienced team.

What You'll Do

• Manage an insurance defense caseload from assignment through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
• Prepare reports and case evaluations for carriers and clients
• Attend mediations, hearings, and trials

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 3+ years of insurance defense or civil litigation experience
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and client service skills
• Ability to work on site in Hollywood
