🚀 About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Production Manager to lead 3rd shift (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM) in a high-volume food manufacturing environment. This role oversees production and sanitation, ensures compliance with food safety standards.

  • Manage all production & sanitation operations

  • Set schedules, oversee machinery, and coordinate material flow

  • Track and improve KPIs: safety, quality, yield, efficiency

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of hourly associates

  • Partner with Sanitation, Maintenance, HR & Quality teams

  • Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, OSHA, USDA, FDA

  • Identify cost savings & waste reduction opportunities

  • Use ShopLogix, Safety Chain and reporting systems to manage data

  • Handle timekeeping, scheduling, and daily shift reports

✔ What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of supervisory/management experience in food manufacturing

  • High school diploma (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, OSHA, FDA/USDA standards

  • Familiarity with production management tools & reporting systems

  • Bonus: USDA/FDA/NYS Organic experience

  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
