🚀 About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Production Manager to lead 3rd shift (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM) in a high-volume food manufacturing environment. This role oversees production and sanitation, ensures compliance with food safety standards.
Manage all production & sanitation operations
Set schedules, oversee machinery, and coordinate material flow
Track and improve KPIs: safety, quality, yield, efficiency
Lead, coach, and develop a team of hourly associates
Partner with Sanitation, Maintenance, HR & Quality teams
Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, OSHA, USDA, FDA
Identify cost savings & waste reduction opportunities
Use ShopLogix, Safety Chain and reporting systems to manage data
Handle timekeeping, scheduling, and daily shift reports
✔ What You Bring
3–5 years of supervisory/management experience in food manufacturing
High school diploma (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, OSHA, FDA/USDA standards
Familiarity with production management tools & reporting systems
Bonus: USDA/FDA/NYS Organic experience
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
