Corporate Attorney Opportunity in Saint Petersburg: Corporate Work for Growing Companies

Our client, a well-regarded Tampa Bay business law firm, is looking for a Corporate Attorney with 4+ years of experience to join its team in Saint Petersburg. The practice represents privately held companies and owners in acquisitions, financings, and commercial agreements.

This is an in-office role based in Saint Petersburg, so you will collaborate in person every day with a supportive, experienced team.

What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, operating agreements, and commercial contracts
• Guide clients through mergers, acquisitions, and financings from term sheet to closing
• Coordinate due diligence and prepare disclosure schedules
• Counsel clients on entity formation, governance, and compliance
• Serve as a trusted advisor to founders, owners, and executives

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 4+ years of corporate transactional or M&A experience
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and client service skills
• Ability to work on site in Saint Petersburg
