A well-respected litigation firm in Missouri is actively seeking a motivated Insurance Defense Attorney with 2–7 years of experience to join their growing practice. Known for its strong client base and collaborative team culture, this firm handles a broad range of high-quality civil litigation and insurance defense matters.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle all aspects of insurance defense litigation, including case strategy, discovery, depositions, motions, and trial prep
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
• Communicate with clients, insurers, and opposing counsel
• Collaborate with a team of experienced litigators and staff
Requirements:
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing with the Missouri Bar
• 2–7 years of experience in insurance defense or civil litigation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
• Trial experience is a plus but not required
• Familiarity with Missouri courts and civil procedure
• Client-facing experience or desire to grow in that area
