Job Title: Executive Director – Home Health

Location: On-Site | Multiple Locations Around St. Louis, MO

Compensation: $90,000 – $100,000

Benefits: Company Car + Gas Card

About the Role:

We are hiring a highly experienced leader in home health care to oversee operations across multiple locations around St. Louis. This role is ideal for either:

• A current or former Executive Director in home health, or
• A Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 5 years of leadership experience managing clinical teams and operations in the home health setting

You will work with a dedicated team serving both adult and pediatric patients, ensuring exceptional care, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance.

What We're Looking For:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in home health
• Proven ability to manage multiple locations and clinical teams
• Strong understanding of home health operations, standards, and compliance
• Confident, collaborative leadership style

Role Logistics:

• On-site role with oversight of multiple locations around St. Louis
• Must report to the corporate office in St. Louis for the first 6 months
• After 6 months, may transition to working from a site closer to home
• No fieldwork or on-call responsibilities during business hour
