A well-established regional law firm in Lexington, KY is adding an experienced Executive Legal Assistant to support its business and finance attorneys. If you like keeping transactional deals organized from start to closing and want a long-term home with a firm that invests in its staff, this is worth a conversation.
What they are looking for:
- 3+ years as a legal assistant, legal executive assistant, or paralegal
- Corporate, banking, finance, or commercial lending background is a plus
- Experience with UCC and Secretary of State filings, entity formation, due diligence, and closing binders
