Audit Manager

Seeking an Audit Manager, a licensed CPA, to lead client engagements and develop audit teams at a growing regional accounting firm. This is a hybrid role with flexible career tracks built around your goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit and assurance engagements from planning through completion.
• Build and manage strong client relationships, finding ways to add value along the way.
• Supervise, coach and develop seniors, staff and interns.

Requirements

• Active CPA license and recent public accounting experience.
• 4+ years in a CPA firm.
• Required: non-profit audit experience, plus employee benefit plan (EBP) audit and other assurance experience.
• Private company, construction, review and compilation work a plus.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
