Senior Project Engineer – Multifamily Construction

Join a growing commercial construction firm in Portland, Oregon. Lead high-density multifamily projects from pre-construction to closeout. Manage project financials, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Management: Run project budgets, cost forecasting, and monthly cash flow.
• Project Control: Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract documents.
• Scheduling: Update master schedules to ensure on-time project delivery.
• Collaboration: Act as the primary link between field superintendents and architects.

Position Requirements

• Experience: 3 to 4 years working as a Project Engineer.
• Project Portfolio: Proven track record with ground-up multifamily developments.
• Commercial Knowledge: Experience with commercial building systems is highly preferred.
• Financial Skill: Strong ability to independently manage and analyze project financials.
• Software: Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software.
