Gpac is currently partnered with a growing agriculture business that is seeking a CFO. This position is at a well-established grain and agronomy cooperative in upper central North Dakota. It's a senior, on-site role with a strong base salary plus bonus, and relocation assistance is available.
Main responsibilities:
Financial Strategy & Planning: Directing long-range fiscal strategies, budgeting, and forecasting tailored to agricultural commodity cycles.
Accounting & Controls: Overseeing daily accounting operations, GAAP compliance, internal financial controls, and grain accounting.
Risk Management: Managing financial risk associated with commodity trading, grain inventories, and market volatility.
Executive Collaboration: Serving as a primary strategic advisor to the General Manager and the Board of Directors.
Relations & Compliance: Directing relationships with cooperative lenders, auditors, and regulatory bodies
