Responsibilities
- Perform root canal therapy, retreatment, and apical surgery with precision and excellence
- Diagnose and treat diseases and injuries of the dental pulp and periapical tissues
- Collaborate with general dentists and specialists to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Educate patients on treatment options and guide them in making informed decisions about their oral health
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Stay current with industry advancements through continuing education and professional development
- Support practice operations by working with the administrative team on scheduling, communication, and billing
- Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive practice environment
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Certificate in Endodontics from an accredited program
- Proven clinical skills with a passion for high-quality patient care
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to foster trust and collaboration
- Commitment to continuous professional growth and staying current with new techniques and technologies
