🔥 Senior Boiler Technician

We are seeking a Senior Boiler Technician to join a top-tier mechanical team supporting critical facilities across the Chicagoland area. This is a high-level, hands-on role for someone who knows boilers inside and out and can step in with zero training required.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Service, troubleshoot, and start up high-pressure boiler systems
• Perform burner tuning (MUST have experience)
• Work on chillers, combustion systems, and related equipment
• Handle critical start-ups, maintenance, and emergency service calls
• Support a wide range of facilities including:
• Food processing plants
• Mills
• Pharmaceutical facilities
• K-12 buildings
• Industrial & commercial sites

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of boiler technician experience
• Strong background in high-pressure boilers & combustion systems
• Expert-level burner tuning experience (required)
• Experience using a combustion analyzer
• Background as a pipefitter strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently at a senior level
• Willingness to join the union (if not already a member)

💰 Compensation & Perks:

• Up to $70/hour
• Union position with full benefits
