Experienced Web Press Operator needed - Relocation Assistance Provided - South Dakota

We are looking to hire experienced Web Press Operators to set up, operate, and maintain web printing presses. Candidates require strong mechanical skills, troubleshooting ability, and experience in high-quality print production. The position involves overseeing crew, quality control, and maximizing efficiency.

Web Press Operator Responsibilities:

• Machine Setup & Operation: Setting up and operating web printing presses for optimal production.
• Quality Control: Ensuring printed materials meet quality standards, including color matching and consistency.
• Maintenance: Conducting regular maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Team Leadership: Managing the press crew to achieve production goals and safety standards.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of production and machine performance. Paylocity +2

Web Press Operator Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Web Press Operator or similar role.
• Utilization of Kamori and/or Harris Presses required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of printing processes, materials, and equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing technology is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Web Press Operator Compensation:

• Industry leading wage up to $30/hr (with no state income taxes)
