Senior Estimator- Pittsburg, PA

A well-established commercial general contractor is seeking a Senior Estimator to join its growing Pennsylvania team. The company has a strong pipeline and delivers complex, high-quality projects across multiple sectors.

Project Types:

• Multifamily (podium, garden-style, wrap)

• Senior living & healthcare facilities

• Commercial / mixed-use developments

• Hospitality & adaptive reuse

• Light industrial and institutional projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle estimating from conceptual budgeting through GMP

• Prepare detailed cost estimates from drawings and specs

• Manage subcontractor outreach, bid leveling, and scope alignment

• Partner with preconstruction and operations teams

• Provide value engineering and cost optimization strategies

Requirements:

• 7–15+ years of estimating experience with a commercial general contractor

• Experience in multifamily or large-scale commercial construction

• Proficiency with estimating and takeoff software

• Strong organizational and communication skills

Compensation:

• Base salary typically ranging from $115K – $145K depending on experience

• Bonus opportunities and full benefits package
