The Opportunities

Our clients are looking for mid-to-senior level associates (3–10 years) who are ready to hit the ground running. You will handle a diverse and sophisticated caseload, managing matters from inception through resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a full caseload of general liability matters, including personal injury, premises liability, and property damage.
• Conduct depositions, attend court hearings, and draft complex pleadings and motions.
• Develop and execute strategic litigation plans.
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel.
• Mentor junior associates (for those at the more senior end of the 3–10 year range).

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of litigation experience, specifically within General Liability.
• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Exceptional writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• A proactive, "team-player" mentality.
