Vice President – Trucking Industry

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Vice President to lead and drive strategic initiatives within a growing trucking organization. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in transportation management, operations, and leadership, with a proven track record of improving operational efficiency, profitability, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic business plans to enhance company growth and profitability.
• Oversee all aspects of operations, including fleet management, logistics, compliance, and customer service.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
• Drive process improvements and operational excellence to ensure optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead and mentor management teams to foster a high-performance culture.
• Manage P&L to ensure alignment with organizational goals and financial targets.
• Identify market trends and opportunities to expand services and reach.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of leadership experience in the trucking or transportation industry.
• Proven expertise in fleet operations, logistics, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong financial acumen, including P&L management and budget oversight.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to implement and manage change effectively.
