A well-established, employee-owned commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in Healthcare construction to join their growing team in the Phoenix metro area.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and field staff
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance across all phases of the project

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor
• Strong healthcare project experience (ground-up and/or renovations)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and drive them to successful completion
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
