Civil Litigation Attorney Opportunity in Sacramento: Civil Litigation from Home

Our client, a well-established Northern California litigation firm, is looking for a Civil Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its team in Sacramento. The firm handles business, regulatory, and general civil disputes for companies and public entities in state and federal courts.

This is a remote role. You will work from your home office, stay connected with the team virtually, and travel to Sacramento or other venues only when hearings, meetings, or trial require it.

What You'll Do

• Litigate civil matters from case assessment through trial
• Draft motions, briefs, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Argue motions and represent clients at mediation
• Collaborate with partners on strategy and client communication

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the State Bar of California in good standing
• 3+ years of civil litigation experience
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and client service skills
• Self-motivated and organized when working from a home office
