About the Role

As an Audit Associate, you’ll work directly with Audit Seniors and Managers on a wide variety of engagements. You’ll gain exposure across industries—and develop the skills you need to advance quickly. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to be part of a collaborative team.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in planning and executing audit engagements from start to finish.
  • Perform substantive testing, internal control evaluations, and risk assessments.
  • Prepare financial statements and supporting workpapers.
  • Work closely with clients, building strong professional relationships.
  • Continue to develop your technical and professional skills through ongoing training and mentorship

What They’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (150 credit hours or Master’s preferred).
  • 1–3 years of public accounting experience (internships included).
  • Previous audit experience
  • Actively pursuing CPA license
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment
