Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in commercial concrete construction to lead projects from preconstruction through completion. This role requires expertise in structural concrete, scheduling, budgeting, and team leadership on large-scale builds.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of concrete construction projects (foundations, slabs, structural frames, parking structures, etc.)
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
• Lead project teams, field staff, subcontractors, and client relationships
• Coordinate with general contractors and other trades
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Provide regular reporting and project updates to leadership

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in commercial concrete construction
• Proven experience managing large structural concrete projects
• Strong knowledge of concrete forming systems, rebar, and placement methods
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
