Key Responsibilities:
Constitutional & Statutory Litigation: Representing governmental entities in matters involving sophisticated constitutional and regulatory challenges.
Professional Accountability: Pursuing disciplinary actions against professional and occupational licensees to ensure compliance with public interest standards.
Public Policy Advocacy: Navigating the complexities of state and local governance and providing strategic legal counsel on policy-driven matters.
High-Level Writing: Conducting deep-dive research and drafting persuasive briefs, motions, and legal memoranda on novel legal theories.
Candidate Profile
Experience: 2–4 years of legal practice, ideally with a background in litigation, administrative law, or clerkship experience.
Mindset: An intellectually curious individual who thrives on complex problem-solving and is genuinely passionate about public policy.
Skills: Exceptional writing and analytical abilities are essential for this role.
Licensure: Must be an active member of the Idaho State Bar in good standing.
