We are  local and established company seeking an experienced Drywall Supervisor to oversee drywall installation and finishing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drywall, proven leadership abilities, and a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality workmanship and on-time project completion.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of drywall crews, subcontractors, and laborers

  • Read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications

  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget

  • Inspect work for quality, accuracy, and compliance with building codes and company standards

  • Train, mentor, and support team members in drywall techniques and safety practices

  • Manage materials, tools, and equipment needed for each project

  • Communicate with project managers, general contractors, and clients regarding progress and issues

  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized job site

Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory or lead role experience in construction/drywall required
  • Strong knowledge of drywall materials, methods, and industry standards

  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents and blueprints

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and crews simultaneously

  • OSHA safety certification a plus

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
