A growing and dynamic law firm in St. Louis is seeking an experienced attorney to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional looking for strong earning potential, a balanced billable structure, and exposure to a variety of matters.

Practice Areas of Focus:

• Business / Corporate Law
• Tax
• Civil Litigation (Plaintiff or Defense) Additional practice area experience will also be considered.

Experience:

• Ideal candidates will have 4–8 years of experience
• Open to considering candidates outside this range with relevant background

Billable Expectations:

• Associates: 1,700 hours
• Principal Attorneys: 1,550 hours

Compensation:

• Associate base salary around $100K, depending on experience
• Performance-based compensation structure
• Attorneys typically receive additional payouts multiple times per year based on production (not guaranteed, but consistently achieved)
