What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in labor and employment law, representing employers in both counseling and litigation matters

  • Expertise: Solid understanding of federal and state employment laws, including FLSA, ADA, FMLA, Title VII, wage & hour issues, and workplace investigations

  • Licensed: Active member of the Bar in good standing

  • Versatility: Comfortable managing both litigation and compliance matters for a wide range of clients

What You Bring

  • Strong litigation skills, including motion practice, depositions, and courtroom presence

  • Ability to provide day-to-day counsel on employment policies, risk management, and employee relations

  • Excellent client communication and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
