GPAC has partnered with a well-respected plaintiff-side personal injury law firm in Bellevue seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join its growing litigation team. This firm has a strong reputation for client advocacy and successful case outcomes and is open to candidates with either plaintiff or defense backgrounds who are passionate about representing injury victims.
Position Overview
- Title: Personal Injury Plaintiff Attorney
- Location: Bellevue, Washington (Onsite)
- Experience: 3–10 years of personal injury litigation experience
- Licensure: Active Washington State Bar membership required
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution
- Conduct depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
- Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients’ best interests
- Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and experts
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to develop effective litigation strategies
Qualifications
- 3–10 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in personal injury
- Trial experience or strong trial preparation background preferred
- Excellent writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills
- Ability to independently manage a caseload while working within a team environment
- Plaintiff or defense experience welcomed
