What You'll Do
- Manage insurance defense litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and hearings
- Develop case strategy while working closely with partners and clients
- Maintain strong communication with clients, carriers, opposing counsel, and the court
- Collaborate with an experienced litigation team in a supportive environment
What We're Looking For
- Licensed Texas attorney in good standing
- 2+ years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively with the team
