A highly respected and growing law firm is actively seeking a Business & Finance Attorney (3–7 years) to join its dynamic Pittsburgh office. This is a standout opportunity to work directly with senior leadership while advising a diverse commercial client base on sophisticated transactions.

⚖️ What You’ll Do:

• Partner closely with shareholders on high-level business matters
• Lead and support mergers & acquisitions transactions
• Handle commercial lending deals from start to finish
• Draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including:
  • Purchase & supply agreements
  • Leases
  • NDAs
  • Employment contracts
  • Advise on entity formation, governance, and structuring, including tax considerations
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to commercial clients across multiple industries

✅ What You Bring:

• JD + Active Pennsylvania license required
• 3–7 years of experience (law firm)
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local laws
• Proven ability to draft, negotiate, and close complex transactions
• Excellent writing, communication, and client-facing skills
• Business-minded approach with the ability to understand and advocate for client goals
• Professional presence with a strong commitment to client service
